assuming folks are inheritantly good. sometimes very difficult…to see the best in people when negative behavior is shown..or mistakes are a constant. I’m speaking about both halves of the coin. often we are so much more than our actions.

Instead of waiting for others to make the change…take the initiative to embody that change. It reminds me so much of Micheal Jackson’s  ‘Man in the Mirror’  ‘I’m starting with the man in the mirror…and no message could’ve been any clearer..if you want to make the world a better place ..take a look at yourself and make that change’  This speaks about personal responsibility and the power of individual action.

while others may be passively hoping for their goals to come true you realize the importance of dedication and perseverance in achieving success…
